Pro Systems initially works with a business to design a custom web site based on the requirements, specifications and content provided by our customer.  Once your web site is live, there are multiple methods to keep your web site content up-to-date.

Content Changes Performed by PSI (recommended) - All requested changes will be mailed / faxed / emailed to us.  PSI will make the desired changes and add the work to our Time and Billing System.  Once we accumulate 1-2 hours of charges, we will bill you at the rate of $ 75 / hour. Many changes can be made in only 5-10 minutes.   This is the quickest way for you to have professional grade changes made to your web site with the least amount of work for you.  This works best for most of our customers.

Major Changes Performed by PSI / Minor Changes Performed by the Customer using Adobe Contribute 4 Content Management System - Once your web site is live, we will train you how to use Adobe Contribute 4 to make minor content changes to your site.  Contribute 4 is available from www.adobe.com for $ 149 (single-user license).  1-2 hours of training is required at $ 75 / hour.

Custom Web Site Design / Major Changes Performed by PSI / Minor Changes Performed by the Customer using Allinta Content Management System (CMS solution for small to medium web sites) - As we design your custom web site, we will interface your web site with the Allinta CMS system.  This will allow our customers to make minor content changes through Allinta CMS.  Content changes may be performed through the web by multiple employees per company.  Allinta is available for $ 79 / web site.  Installation by PSI is $ 100.  1-2 hours of training is required at $ 75 / hour.  Allinta is an excellent choice for small to medium web sites.  Allinta CMS may be purchased by clicking here or through PSI.
