Pro Systems is very serious about providing
the best quality support for our customers. The majority
of our support is performed through our toll-free support
line. Support is available from Pro Systems with or without
a software support contract. For customers without a support
contract, support calls are billed in 15 minute increments.

Updates
Occasionally we will place downloadable updates to our
software in this section of our web site. Before applying
an update to your software, be sure that you are running
the correct version that the particular update was designed
for. In addition, be sure to download the corresponding
update instructions and read the instructions before
applying the update. More information about our software

Minor
Year-end Update - Released 01/07/05
This
update should only be applied to programs installed
with the 5.94.01 update, released on 12/14/04. Please
read the update instructions before applying the update.
This
update provides better handling of the prior year tax
information to avoid printing the wrong tax year on
tax forms. Also, the calculation problem on line 6 of
the regular 940 (not the 940EZ) has been corrected.
